The bill record
A single page per bill: status on a five-step journey, what it does, the text and its versions, actions, votes, sponsors, and your team’s position and notes.

- Official versions captured from the legislature, with a redline between each.
- Grounded summary
- Labelled "from the full text" only when at least two claims quote the text verbatim; otherwise "from bill metadata".
